TSMC Announces Board of Directors Update

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) has released an update.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd. (TSMC) has announced a change on its Board of Directors, with Mr. Chin-Ching Liu, the Minister of the National Development Council, replacing Mr. Ming-Hsin Kung as the representative for the National Development Fund, Executive Yuan of Taiwan, effective June 6, 2024.
