Tsingtao Brewery Unveils Board and Committee Structure

Tsingtao Brewery Co (HK:0168) has released an update.

Tsingtao Brewery Co has announced the composition of its Board of Directors, including both executive and independent non-executive members, and detailed the structure of its three committees – Audit & Internal Control, Nomination & Remuneration, and Strategy & Investment. The company’s Chairman, Mr. Huang Ke Xing, also serves as the convener for the Audit & Internal Control Committee, while the other board members are distributed across the three different committees.
