Trustpilot Group Plc has executed a share buyback on the 9th of May 2024, purchasing 3,592 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging between 208.50 to 209.00 GBp, with the intention to cancel all acquired shares. The transaction is part of a share buyback programme announced earlier in January 2024 and was conducted through the London Stock Exchange.
