Trustpilot Group plc has executed a share buyback on May 3, 2024, purchasing 53,658 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 197.80 to 202.00 GBp per share, with an average price of 200.81 GBp. Following the buyback, which is part of a programme announced earlier in January 2024, the company plans to cancel the acquired shares.
