In a recent shift, Ewan E Smith, a director at Truscott Mining Corporation Limited, has increased his stake in the company through a market purchase of 15,000 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $900.00. Following the acquisition, Smith now holds a total of 29,245,007 ordinary fully paid shares, along with 1,850,000 class O performance rights and 1,200,000 class Q performance rights. This change in director’s interest has been officially communicated to ASX as per listing rules.
