TruFin (GB:TRU) has released an update.
TruFin PLC has announced that its total issued and fully paid share capital now consists of 105,961,687 shares, each carrying one voting right. This update follows the issuance of 100,000 new ordinary shares, offering shareholders a new figure for calculating their stake in the company. TruFin, listed on AIM under the ticker TRU, continues to operate its three growth-focused technology businesses in niche markets.
