True North Copper Limited (TNC) has experienced a change in substantial shareholdings, with Tembo Capital Holdings UK Ltd and associated entities now holding a decreased voting power of 29.44%, despite an increase in actual shares to 262,859,415 due to a recent share subscription and company dilution. The adjustment in Tembo’s holdings follows a $4 million investment in TNC’s institutional entitlement offer as detailed in their May prospectus.
