TRU Precious Metals Corp. has partnered with HE Capital Markets Ltd. to enhance investor relations and increase visibility in North American and European markets, focusing on promoting their Golden Rose Project’s gold and critical minerals prospects. The engagement, which is for a term of two months costing USD$6,500, aims to leverage TRU’s reactivated OTCQB Venture Market listing without issuing shares or options as compensation to HE Capital. TRU continues its exploration for gold and copper in the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt, with a strategic ownership by Ormonde Mining plc and support from merchant bank Resurgent Capital Corp.
