Troubadour Resources (TSE:TR) has released an update.
Troubadour Resources Inc. launches a new non-brokered private placement for investors, offering up to 7,558,000 common shares at $0.125 each and up to 20,442,000 units featuring additional warrants, aimed at raising over $3.5 million for exploration and corporate activities. The offerings, which are exempt from certain Canadian hold periods, will enable purchasers to invest in the company’s capital growth without the usual restrictions. Proceeds from the placements are earmarked for fieldwork on Troubadour’s mineral exploration projects and general corporate purposes.
