Triton Minerals Seals A$17M Graphite Asset Deal

Triton Minerals Limited (AU:TON) has released an update.

Triton Minerals Limited has sold 70% of its Mozambique Graphite Assets to Shandong Yulong Gold Co. Ltd. for A$17 million, with the deal enhancing the company’s cash reserves and enabling strategic acquisitions. The transaction also allows Triton to maintain a foothold in the graphite market with a 30% interest in a joint venture. Project development continues with the submission of essential applications, and Triton remains debt-free with A$0.78 million in cash as of June 30, 2024.
