Tritax EuroBox (GB:EBOX) has released an update.
Tritax EuroBox plc has publicly acknowledged that Brookfield Asset Management is considering a possible cash offer for the company but has not yet received a proposal. Shareholders have been advised to take no action as there is no certainty an offer will be made or what the terms might be. A deadline has been set for Brookfield to declare its intentions by 5 pm on July 1, 2024.
