Triple Point Social Housing REIT plc, a UK-based investment entity focusing on social housing assets, has shifted its registered office to The Scalpel, 18th Floor, 52 Lime Street, London, effective immediately. The move follows the acquisition of its Company Secretary and Administrator by JTC PLC Group. The Company, which is traded on the London Stock Exchange and is part of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT index, specializes in long-term investments in social housing properties with inflation-linked leases.
