Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Company PLC (GB:TENT) has released an update.

Triple Point Energy Transition PLC, a company committed to investing in lower carbon energy systems, has announced the immediate change of their registered office to The Scalple, 18th Floor, 52 Lime Street, London. In March earlier this year, shareholders approved an orderly realisation of the company’s assets, indicating forthcoming details on divestments and capital returns. The company is managed by Triple Point Investment Management LLP, which focuses on energy transition and decentralized energy projects.
