Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Company PLC (GB:TENT) has released an update.
Triple Point Energy Transition PLC has announced a special dividend of approximately £25 million, constituting about 29% of the company’s NAV as of March 31, 2024, following a managed wind-down approved by shareholders. The dividend of 25 pence per share will be payable on October 4, 2024, to shareholders on record as of September 20, with the ex-dividend date set for September 19. Proceeds from recent asset sales, including the BESS and CHP Portfolios, have been used to fund the special dividend and repay credit facilities, with further asset sales planned to continue returning value to shareholders.
