Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Company PLC (GB:TENT) has released an update.
Triple Point Energy Transition PLC, an investment trust focused on the energy transition to a low-carbon system, has announced an interim dividend of 1.375 pence per Ordinary Share for the first quarter of 2024, with payment scheduled around 19 July 2024. Shareholders on the register by 5 July will be eligible, with the ex-dividend date set as 4 July. This comes following a shareholder-approved plan for the orderly realization of assets on 22 March, with future announcements on divestments or capital returns anticipated.
