Trinity Exploration & Production has reached a significant milestone in its acquisition by Touchstone Exploration Inc., with major regulatory hurdles cleared and shareholder approval secured. With Heritage’s consent and no pre-emptive rights exercised, the deal is progressing, subject only to final approvals including the sanction by the Trinidad and Tobago Commission and the Court. Investors are advised to expect further updates as the remaining conditions of the acquisition are addressed.
