Trinity Biotech plc has announced the filing of a prospectus supplement which pertains to the offering and sale of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), representing A Ordinary Shares, under an existing at the market offering agreement. The filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission confirms that the shares, when issued, will be validly issued, fully paid, and non-assessable, based on the laws of Ireland as of the date of the document.
