Ambari Brands Inc., now renamed Trilogy AI Corp., has announced the successful re-election of its directors and the shareholder-approved transition of the company’s focus from makeup to artificial intelligence. The changes were confirmed during their recent shareholders’ meeting, with unanimous support for the shifts in leadership and business strategy. Trading under the new company name and ticker symbol ‘TRAI’ is expected to start on the CSE around July 26, 2024.
