Trillion Energy International Inc. has appointed David Thompson as the Interim CFO following Ozge Karalli’s departure and is actively searching for a permanent CFO and a new director to replace the resigned Kubilay Yildirim. In addition, the company has granted stock options to its personnel under its 2022 long-term equity incentive plan. Trillion Energy focuses on oil and gas production in Europe and Türkiye and holds significant interests in the SASB natural gas field and Cendere oil field.
