Trifast (GB:TRI) has released an update.
Trifast PLC has announced a postponement in the publication of its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2024, which were initially scheduled for release on 4 July 2024, due to their auditors, BDO LLP, requiring more time to complete their audit processes. The results, still expected to align with previous guidance, suggest an estimated revenue of about £230 million and an adjusted EBIT margin of approximately 5%. A new date for the results announcement and the investor presentation has been tentatively set for 6 August 2024.
