Tribe Tech Director’s Company in Administration

Tribe Technology Plc (GB:TRYB) has released an update.

Tribe Technology PLC, an innovator in autonomous mining equipment, has announced that one of its Non-Executive Directors, Mike Irvine, also a director of Further Space Limited, is facing the latter company’s administration since April 11, 2024. The news comes as part of the AIM Rule 17 notification, which mandates disclosure of directors’ dealings. Established in 2019, Tribe Tech is known for developing and manufacturing autonomous reverse circulation drill rigs for the mining industry.
