Tribal Group PLC has announced a significant change in its shareholding structure, as Harwood Capital LLP has crossed the threshold of voting rights, now holding 10.016% of the company. This change occurred on June 28, 2024, and was officially notified on July 1, 2024. The acquisition resulted in Harwood Capital LLP’s total voting rights in Tribal Group PLC increasing to 21,342,000 shares.
