Tribal Group Executive Sells Shares for Tax

Tribal Group plc (GB:TRB) has released an update.

Tribal Group plc, a global leader in education software and services, disclosed that Mark Pickett, a person with managerial responsibilities, sold 105,000 shares at £0.53794 each on the London Stock Exchange. The sale was conducted to meet tax obligations, leaving Pickett with a remaining interest of 1,480,156 shares. Tribal operates in over 55 countries, providing systems and services that support educational success.
