Tribal Group plc, a prominent player in education software and services, has granted nil cost options to its CEO, Mark Pickett, and CFO, Diane McIntyre, as part of its 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan, subject to performance conditions. The options, which represent about 0.1% of the issued shares, will vest over two and three years and are tied to the company’s Key Performance Indicators. These options are exercisable starting June 2026 and June 2027, respectively.
