Tribal Group plc, a leader in education software and services, has applied for a block listing of over 2 million new shares to the London Stock Exchange to cater for future share option exercises and awards. These shares will align in value and rights with the current shares once issued, with the anticipated effective date for admission being May 15, 2024.
