Trex Company (TREX) has shared an update.
Trex Company, Inc. has strengthened its board with the appointment of Chris Keffer as an independent director, bringing the total number of directors to ten. With 30 years in the power tool industry and leadership roles at STIHL Inc. and Stanley Black & Decker, Keffer’s vast experience will now contribute to the board’s Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. His term will run until the 2025 annual stockholders’ meeting where he is set to be a nominee for election.
