Trevena Inc (TRVN) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Trevena, Inc. has promoted Barry Shin to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer, effective February 1, 2024. Shin, who has been the Senior Vice President and CFO since June 2019, will receive an increased annual salary of $536,760 and his annual target cash incentive opportunity will go up from 45% to 50% of his base salary.
