Trendlines Group Convenes Special General Meeting

Trendlines Group (TRNGF) has released an update.

Trendlines Group Ltd. held a Special General Meeting (SGM) on April 18, 2024, in Singapore, chaired by Professor Low Teck Seng in the absence of Interim Chair Ms. Nehama Ronen. The meeting, which followed the Company’s Annual General Meeting, confirmed the use of a polling system for resolutions, as stipulated by the Company’s Articles of Association. Shareholders were represented by proxies who voted on their behalf, with the Chair voting as directed by shareholder instructions.
