Treatt plc (GB:TET) has released an update.
Treatt plc, a flavor and fragrance solutions company, has announced the allotment of 567 new shares under its Share Incentive Plan, which were satisfied through the company’s existing block listing. Following this, Treatt’s total issued capital amounts to 61,209,761 ordinary shares, with 60,723,167 of these carrying voting rights. Shareholders can use this total voting rights figure as a reference point for declaring their interest or changes to their holdings in compliance with financial regulations.
