Treasury Wine Estates Limited has announced the appointment of Leslie Frank as a new director, as per the Initial Director’s Interest Notice submitted to the ASX. As confirmed by the Chairman of the Board and communicated by Group Company Secretary Alexandra Lorenzi, Leslie Frank’s appointment took effect from July 1, 2024. Notably, Leslie Frank currently holds no securities in the company.
