Treasury Metals Inc. and Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. have announced their agreement to merge, aiming to advance the Goliath Gold Complex Project in Ontario towards production, with an anticipated annual production of 109,000 ounces of gold. The merger is set to create a stronger financial position and a focused capital markets strategy, driven by mining leader Frank Giustra. The combined entity will also intensify exploration efforts and pursue a growth and consolidation strategy with a shared vision of establishing a major Canadian gold camp.
