Treasure Global, Inc. (TGL) just unveiled an update.
Treasure Global Inc has announced the appointment of Carlson Thow as an executive director and Dr. Darren Tan Kok Pin as a non-executive director, starting July 5, 2024. Thow will serve in his role until the 2025 annual stockholder meeting without compensation but with expense reimbursement, and he has agreed to a year-long non-solicitation clause post-resignation. Meanwhile, Tan will receive RM 5,000 monthly for his non-executive position, similarly entitled to expense reimbursement, under the same terms of non-competition and a one-year non-solicitation agreement following his departure.
