Treasure Global Inc has announced a swift change in its financial leadership, with Michael Chan Meng Chun stepping down as CFO and Chin Sook Lee taking over the role. Chin brings a wealth of experience with over 12 years in finance across various sectors and is set to receive an annual salary of RM 18,000 plus $80,000 in company shares. Her appointment is under a renewable one-year contract, which allows for termination by either party with two months’ notice and includes a one-year non-solicitation clause post-employment.
