Treasure Global Inc has undergone a significant leadership change with Chong Chan Teo stepping down as CEO and board member, and the appointment of Carlson Thow as the new CEO, effective immediately. Carlson Thow, a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles at VCI Global Limited and in legal practice. His employment agreement with Treasure Global Inc includes an annual share compensation, a basic salary with a fixed allowance, and stipulates a renewable one-year term with provisions for termination and a subsequent one-year non-solicitation period.
