Carlson Thow, a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles at VCI Global Limited and in legal practice. His employment agreement with Treasure Global Inc includes an annual share compensation, a basic salary with a fixed allowance, and stipulates a renewable one-year term with provisions for termination and a subsequent one-year non-solicitation period.
