At the recent Annual General Meeting, Travis Perkins saw all proposed resolutions receive approval from its shareholders, with significant majority votes on most, including the adoption of annual accounts and the re-election of directors. However, the Directors’ Remuneration Policy and the re-election of the Chair faced a noteworthy minority opposition, prompting the Board to commit to further shareholder engagement regarding these concerns. The company has confirmed that details of the poll results and resolutions passed as special business will soon be available on its website and the National Storage Mechanism.
