Transocean Ltd. is preparing for future growth by promoting Jason Pack to Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer effective July 31, 2024, as David Tonnel retires from the role. Currently the company’s Chief Audit Executive, Pack brings a wealth of experience, having held various leadership positions in National Oilwell Varco and serving on audit committees of other companies. Pack, a qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, CIA, and CFA, will continue his existing role until the transition, with no immediate changes to his compensation.
