Transition Evergreen Releases Key Financial Documents

Transition Evergreen (FR:EGR) has released an update.

Transition Evergreen, a French evergreen fund focused on ecological transition and carbon footprint reduction, has made its 2023 Universal Registration Document available to the public. The document includes the annual financial report, statutory auditors’ reports, a report on corporate governance, and details of the fund’s ESG impact and share buyback program. Listed on Euronext Paris, Transition Evergreen supports French and European companies promoting decarbonization and has received Greenfin and Relance labels for its commitment to environmentally responsible investing.
