Trajan Group Director’s Shareholding Shifts

Trajan Group Holdings Ltd (AU:TRJ) has released an update.

In a recent update from Trajan Group Holdings Ltd, Director John Eales reported changes in his direct and indirect shareholdings. Eales acquired 44,206 ordinary shares and disposed of an equal number of unlisted options, resulting in a direct holding of 191,178 ordinary shares after the change. The indirect holdings through various family accounts remained unchanged at 1,151,553 ordinary shares.
