Trainline (GB:TRN) has released an update.
Trainline PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 132,646 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 321.80p to 330.00p per share, with the average price being 325.83p. This action follows the authorization given by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting and is part of a previously announced share purchase program. Post-purchase, Trainline’s total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 460,634,958, and these purchased shares will be cancelled.
