Trainline (GB:TRN) has released an update.
Trainline PLC has announced the repurchase of 133,602 of its ordinary shares as part of a buyback program initiated on 3 May 2024, following the approval from its shareholders. The shares were bought through the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities at prices ranging between 319.40p and 329.00p, with the aim to cancel the purchased shares. After the buyback, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 461,158,986.
