Tracsis plc has disclosed that Ross Paterson, a Non-executive Director, and his wife Emma Paterson, have increased their stake in the company, purchasing a total of 4,814 ordinary shares at an average price of 872.1 pence each. Following these transactions, Ross Paterson’s shareholding in Tracsis represents 0.02% of the firm’s issued share capital. The trades, executed on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange, signal a vote of confidence from the director in the company’s prospects.
