At the annual general meeting of TPT Global Tech held on June 11, 2024, the management nominees, including David Garofalo, Warren Gilman, and others, were elected as directors to serve until the next annual meeting. Additionally, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was appointed as the company’s auditor, with the board authorized to set their remuneration. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of these resolutions, indicating strong support for the current management and auditors.
