TPT Global Tech has announced that CEDE & CO., or its assigns, are entitled to purchase up to a certain number of Gold Royalty Corp. common shares at a set price anytime from the Initial Exercise Date until a specified Termination Date three years later. The Warrants can be exercised in whole or in part by delivering a Notice of Exercise and the aggregate Exercise Price for the shares desired. This Warrant is part of a larger set issued by the company under a Registration Statement.
