Toys’R’Us ANZ Limited has announced a revision to its consolidation schedule, with the issuance of Mercer Securities now set to occur after the company’s share consolidation on a 10:1 ratio. The adjustment is not expected to materially impact the company’s financials, despite potential changes to volume-weighted average price (VWAP) calculations. This strategic move includes the issuance of convertible notes and shares, as well as options, to Mercer as part of a Convertible Securities Agreement.
