Toyota Motor (GB:TYT) has released an update.
Toyota Motor Corporation announced the successful election of board members and other key positions at their 120th Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting. Ten board members, including Akio Toyoda as Chairman, and one Audit & Supervisory Board Member, Hiromi Osada, were appointed alongside a substitute member, Kumi Fujisawa. A shareholder proposal regarding the issuance of an annual report on climate-related lobbying activities was disapproved.
