Towngas China Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Towngas China Co (HK:1083) has released an update.

At Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited’s recent Annual General Meeting (AGM), shareholders overwhelmingly approved all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of directors, and authorization for the board to fix director remuneration. Additionally, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu was reappointed as the company’s auditor, and mandates were granted to allow the directors to buy back shares and issue new ones, reinforcing strong shareholder confidence.
