Tower (TSEM) has released an update.
Tower Semiconductor Ltd. has announced their Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders to be held on July 31, 2024, at the company’s offices in Israel, with key agendas including electing ten board members, amending executive compensation policy, and re-appointing their public accountants. Shareholders as of June 25, 2024, are entitled to vote and can do so by proxy or in person, with management available at the meeting for reviewing the previous year’s consolidated financial statements. The Board of Directors recommends voting in favor of all proposed resolutions.
