Tower REIT has reported a significant increase in their third-quarter revenue, rising to MYR 9,196,000 in 2024 from MYR 8,607,000 in the previous year. Profits before tax also showed a notable jump to MYR 997,000, compared to just MYR 146,000 for the same quarter in 2023. Despite these gains, the company did not propose or declare dividends for the quarter, maintaining a steady net asset value per share at MYR 1.7874.
