Touchstone to Acquire Trinity Amidst Deal Conditions

Touchstone Exploration (TSE:TXP) has released an update.

Touchstone Exploration Inc. is set to acquire Trinity Exploration & Production Plc through a scheme of arrangement, with all necessary shareholder and regulatory conditions already met, except for final court approval and completion of due diligence. The deal is pending a rescheduled court hearing on August 23, 2024, following a possible cash offer by Lease Operators Limited for Trinity. Touchstone has the option to invoke a specific condition the day before the new hearing if it chooses to do so.
