Touchstone Exploration Inc. successfully passed all resolutions at their 2024 annual shareholders’ meeting, with key approvals including the election of nine directors, the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors, and the continuation of the shareholder rights plan. Despite overall approval, some non-executive director nominees received less than 80% support, prompting the Board to consider reducing its size after the upcoming acquisition of Trinity Exploration and Production plc.
